Pavel Cyrani is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer in the CEZ Group. His responsibilities include electricity and gas trading, electricity and gas supply to end customers, energy and engineering services as well as overall strategic development. Before joining Board of Directors in 2011 he was responsible for Generation Asset Management and Group Planning and Controlling. Pavel Cyrani is Member of Energy Committee of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic.

Before his engagement in ČEZ, a. s. he worked as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in the energy industry. Pavel Cyrani graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, Department of International Trade, and obtained a MBA title in finance at the Kellogg School of Management in the USA.

He was born in Warsaw and studied business management. Since July 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the petrochemical group ORLEN Unipetrol, which is the only crude-oil processor in the Czech Republic. ORLEN Unipetrol is part of the state's critical infrastructure and invests approximately eight billion crowns in its development every year. By 2030, it plans to invest 35 billion crowns in green projects and digitization. In 2050 at the latest, ORLEN Unipetrol wants to be fully emission-neutral. ORLEN Unipetrol owns the network of Benzina ORLEN filling stations, which is the largest network in the Czech Republic with 421 stations and a market share of 25.2%. Since 2019, Benzina ORLEN has also been operating in Slovakia. At present, its network includes 20 filling stations.

Jiří Maláček joined ŠKODA AUTO in January 2020 after many years of successful sales and marketing experience at Toyota and took over the management of the ŠKODA brand sales department on the Czech market. ŠKODA AUTO Česká republika has been headed since September 2020. A graduate of Charles University, majoring in Management and Marketing.

Luděk Niedermayer is a Czech economist, from 1996 to 2008 he was a member of the Bank Board of the Czech National Bank and from 2000 to 2008 he was the Vice Governor of the CNB. Since 2014, he has been a Member of the European Parliament in the Club of the European People's Party. He has been a member of TOP 09 since 2017.

Thanks to his practice, he focuses mainly on financial and tax issues. He is the first Vice-Chair of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON). He also serves as an alternate member of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) and the Committee on Transport and Tourism (TRAN).

Eduard Muřický was born on 14 April 1968, is married and has a daughter and a son. In 1987 he graduated from the Gymnasium of Johannes Kepler in Prague, majoring in economics. After graduating from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, from 1992 to 1994, he worked in the Agency for Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the former Ministry of Economy with focus on the Phare program. Then he worked in managerial and executive positions in the private sector, especially in the area of trade, starting in the Mediatel company, where he gradually held positions as assistant to the marketing manager, product manager, marketing director and sales director of the company. In 2007, he joined the JPS company as the product manager. In 2008, he became the Director of the Department of Strategies and Trends of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in 2012 the Director of the Industry Section and on 1 October 2014 he was appointed the Deputy Minister in charge of the Section of Industry.

Martin Saitz is Managing Director in Hyundai Motor Czech. Martin has more than twenty years experiences in automotive industry, where he held a number of management positions. In Hyundai Motor Czech is Martin responsible for business activities of the Hyundai brand on the Czech market.

In 1997 – 2001 Martin worked in Volvo Auto Czech. First position was Financial Controller and since 1999 he worked as General Manager. He was responsible for shortterm and longterm company stratégy on Czech market.

Since 2002 he has worked as a Regional Director in Škoda Auto. He was later promoted to Sales Manager for the Czech Republic, where he worked until 2007.

Since 2008 he has held high managerial positions in Europe, for example in BMW Vertriebs, Hyundai Motor Slovakia, Mitsubishi Motors Slovakia or Mitsubishi Motors Czech.

Before joining Hyundai Motor Czech, he worked as Managing Director in Autobinck CZ / SK.

Martin Saitz has a degree in mechanical engineering in ČVUT in Prague. During his career in auto-moto, he completed a number of professional trainings. In his free time he focuses to his family and various sports activities. He is interested in literature, art and history.

Pavel Elis is Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of Pražská energetika and also since 2006 member of the Supervisory Board of PREdistribuce. During his career he worked in various managerial and professional positions within the company - from 2002 to 2004 as Director of Trading and Services Division and before as Head of construction department. He graduated from the Prague International Business School and the Czech Technical University with specialization in economics and energy management.

Since 2017, Vladimír has been working for ABB Electrification that produces and delivers products and solutions for the power distribution and control at low and medium voltage levels, e-mobility and wiring accessories. Prior ABB, he worked for electrical engineering and industrial automation companies in the Czech and Slovak Republics, where he held a number of management positions. He has a degree from the Czech Technical University in Prague with a focus on control and automation components. He also graduated from the Business Institute in Prague, where he obtained an MBA majoring in executive management.

While Szabolcs Balogh is an engineer-physicist and biomedical engineer, business development, finance planning and energy trading are also parts of his diverse portfolio. Currently he is the managing director of MVM Mobiliti Ltd. and its subsidiaries: e-Mobi non-profit Ltd. and Mobiliti Volánbusz Ltd. As the leader of the e-mobility division, his mission is to build up and successfully maintain this field in MVM Group: during the past 4 years Mobiliti became the market leader charge point operator and e-mobility service provider in Hungary.  

Following the completion of his MBA at the Technical University in Budapest and Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, he started working on telecommunication projects at Ericsson at the end of the 1990s. He then joined CEMEX – one of the leaders of cement industry – as an advisor and worked in the USA, Latin America as well as the EMEA region, witnessing the company going global. Then he switched to energetics and became a staff member of Prague Energy Exchange. At the end of the decade, he published his article “Electronic energy trade on easily intelligible way.” He was the commercial manager of MOL-CEZ European Power Hungary, when he became one of the leading experts of MVM Hungarian Electricity Ltd., then of NKM National Utilities Ltd. too. As a person of active societal engagement he is a founder of Q.E.D., a talent fostering foundation.

Jan Hurt joined the management of Porsche Czech Republic in January 2019 from ŠKODA AUTO as, where he worked on the position of Director for International Fleet Trade Development and International Dealer Network Development. Prior to that, Mr. Hurt held several senior management positions within the VOLKSWAGEN Group. Among others, he was SEAT Sales Manager for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe; Regional Sales Manager of ŠKODA AUTO a.s. for Central and Eastern Europe and Director of Škoda Import Organization in Russia.

Mr. Ing. Arnošt Barna has been working over 14years for Kia Czech. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, ČVUT in Prague, specializing in the construction of passenger cars and internal combustion engines. He started his career in the automotive industry more than 25 years ago, having several positions in the field of trade, network development and strategic planning for both the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

Petr Knap is the leading partner of the EY Consulting division in the Czech Republic, and the leading partner for the automotive sector in the regions of Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe and Central Asia. After working experience at Procter & Gamble, he has been a consultant since 1996, joining EY in 2002. His professional experience is mainly related to the automotive and manufacturing sectors, including consumer goods; in the past he also worked for clients in telecommunications and in the public sector. He has led management consulting projects focused on strategy development, organizational change, process optimization and cost reduction. Petr works and has worked for AutoSAP, Eberspaechaer, ŠKODA AUTO, Porsche ČR, Schaeffler and Witte among others. He is also actively involved in initiatives focusing on innovative trends in the future of manufacturing, such as digitization, Industry 4.0, autonomous vehicles, e-mobility and mobility services.

Martin Gajdoš acts as the head of strategy and business analysis at the Unipetrol group for which he works since 2015. His team mostly deals with questions of the company’s potential future directions and searches for suitable development opportunities, apart from others also in the area of hydrogen and circular economy. He has been awarded a master’s degree in the field of international and security studies at the University of Birmingham.

Aleš Laciok is responsible for coordination of research and development activities in the ČEZ Group which covers a broad spectrum of segments from nuclear and fossil-based energy production to renewables, energy savings and energy storage incl. hydrogen. Simultaneously, he is director of the Czech energy technology platform, an association of industry, engineering, research and academic organizations. Aleš is member of many scientific bodies of various institutions and advisory groups. He has vast experience from many international research projects.   

Auke Hoekstra is a researcher at the Eindhoven University of Technology where he founded the NEON programme, an initiative focusing on transport and sustainability. He is also a co-founder of ZenMo Simulations team (Zero-emission Energy & Mobility simulations). Auke is a famous debunker of electromobility myths including those about EVs having higher CO2 emissions than ICE vehicles, and that trucks are not electrifiable.

Marek Trešl is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. He earned his first serious work experience in the Czech IT company Software602, where he was responsible for desktop applications. Subsequently, he began working in the world of cars that are from childhood his hobby. In 2007 – 2013 he worked in Ford Motor Company as Brand Manager for larger passenger cars on Czech market. Since 2013 he has been working as Product Manager of all model series at Hyundai Motor Czech. His team is responsible for specifications, price lists, product materials, comparisons and non-technical trainings of all Hyundai models available on the Czech market.

The career path of Luboš Hajský commenced with him working as a maintenance man in an industrial company where, within the span of only one decade, he worked his way up to the position of a co- owner and CTO. However, as far as he can remember, he has always been drawn to solving problems in an innovative way and so in 2013 – together with his wife Věra – he established DEVINN company, which has since taken roots in several fields – besides an innovative development in the field of automotive the company has mainly been occupying itself with development of its own hydrogen applications portfolio.

Martin Tengler is BloombergNEF’s Lead Hydrogen Analyst. He sits in Bloomberg’s Tokyo office and has covered Japan’s energy market before specializing in hydrogen.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Martin co-founded Dendra Systems, a company that offers industrial-scale ecosystem restoration services using drones and other cutting-edge technology. He holds an MA in Economics from Tokyo University and an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from Oxford University.

Martin was born and raised in the Czech Republic.

Daniel Morys (DPO, Transport Company Ostrava), studied Marketing and Management at Silesian University in Opava, graduating with his MBA from Liverpool John Moores University in 2009. He worked at leading positions at ČEZ (Czech Energy Company) before joining DPO.

He was born in Frýdek-Místek, near to his present adress in Palkovice, in the Moravian-Silesian Region, in 1977. He has four children. As a fan of modern technologies he says,

His lifelong hobbies since childhood include sports such as table tennis, baseball, cycling, and now he has also enjoys running, skiing, tennis and golf. His life credo is: Kindness is not a weakness. What we really are, show our decisions and not our abilities.

Matej Sandor is a Deputy Chairman of the Board and Project Management and Funds Section Director for Prague public company Operátor ICT (OICT). Aside from managing the company, in OICT he focuses on project management of big IT projects as well as the Smart City agenda, where belongs development of e-mobility in Prague. OICT was entrusted by the Council of the city of Prague with preparing a “Generel of development of charging infrastructure in Prague by 2030”.  Before his engagement in OICT, Matej Šandor he has worked in different managerial positions, for example for the Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank or Czech Television. Matej Sandor is a graduate of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law. Then he completed his doctoral studies at the University of Economics, Prague.

Roy Blok is appointed as Country Director to secure Last Mile Solutions scale-up ambitions and further professionalize our efforts in the Benelux. As he is responsible for optimizing propositions and the overall promotion of our e-Mobility portfolio, he is the main contact for LMS’s strategic partners within the region and makes sure the growth is future proof.

Roy has a track record in telecommunications & Smart Mobility and know-how in data sharing and management making use of data hubs for different types of use cases within mobility such as Mobility as a Service and Intelligent Traffic Systems.

Stanislav Cingroš specializes in the development of new directions in the field of energy. In The IBG Česko, its primary focus is on projects combining various energy solutions, including the implementation of innovative elements that reduce the environmental burden. At the same time, it actively addresses the future direction of the company and the area of circular use of battery systems.

An E-Mobility expert and product owner of various V2G and demand-response topics working in the Connectivity department at ŠKODA. Aron has a Master’s degree in Energy Security from Masaryk University. Aron is working to accelerate the transition to e-mobility by building new opportunities for ŠKODA as an actor in the energy markets.

Jakub Hrbek was born in 1982 in Prague, but he spent his childhood in Karlovy Vary. He has focused on energetics and graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. After graduation, he worked with his father in a small family business installing heat pumps and small ventilation systems in family houses. He joined the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic in 2010 as a specialist in renewable energy sources. He was - step by step - promoted to director of Energy projects, Air and Climate Protection department. He is responsible for implementation of all programmes focused on energy savings, renewable energy sources, clean mobility and climate protection.

CLOSER is the national collaboration and innovation centre for logistics in Sweden. Currently they run a project called REEL (Regional Electrified Logistics) in collaboration with Axfood, DHL, Scania, and Volvo among others where heavy duty trucks (<64 tons) in regional logistics are demonstrated in commercial operation.

Miroslav Kuželka graduated from the Technical University in Prague. In the past he worked in IBM in the area of IT, then in Siemens in the area of mobile telecommunication infrastructure. Since January 2009 he has been with ABB where he specialises on advanced technologies and solutions for e-mobility, particularly charging infrastructure for private and public transport associated with the Smart City concept.

With experiences across the automotive and utility industry, Petr Füzék stayed always focused on the eMobility topic. Supporting its development and growth in the European markets, he is working as Head of eMobility and Alternative Fuels at EUROWAG. EUROWAG is a leading European integrated mobility solution provider, in eMobility focusing on unique fleet management, navigation and payment services for electric cars drivers and operators. 

Petr was previously responsible for the charging infrastructure and eMobility software integration business at innogy SE. At SKODA AUTO a.s. he was in the lead of the global eMobility business development strategy, but also working in the European sales department same as in the technical development for electric vehicles and the CO­₂ strategy.

His vision is to create a self-sustainable and profitable eMobility environment bringing automotive, energetics and IT worlds altogether.

Arun Rajeevan Krishnan studied Industrial Engineering in India and Germany, where he also got his master degree. He started his carrer path at a well-known automotive supplier Continental where he worked on different positions. He began as a lean specialist in Germany, later Italy, then he worked as a production manager in Thailand. In 2019 as Powertrain division (now Vitesco Technologies) of Continental started the spin-off process, he took a new challenge as a Head of Operations Quality in Regensburg. Since July 2021 he is plant manager of one of the biggest locations of Vitesco Technologies in Europe – Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Vitesco Technologies is following the path towards electromobility which means new opportunities for Frenstat’s plant.

 Jan Šurovský has been working in managerial positions at Dopravní podnik hl.m. Prague: head of the Vokovice depot, head of the Tramway Transport Unit, head of the Historic Vehicles unit and technical director.

In 2003, he completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Transport at CTU.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, started career at Scania while studying at this university. During several years at Scania, has had the opportunity to work in various positions, both in the dealer network (New Vehicle Sales Support and New Vehicle Sales Representative) and at Scania distributor for the Central European region.

Working now as Pre-sales Analyst, providing direct technical support to the dealer network. In addition, focus on sustainable solutions, for which Scania has one of the broadest offering portfolio on the market.

Miroslav Vejman started his carreer in elektromobility in 2012 as a lithium battery specialist technician. In 2016 he founded Olife Energy Company specialized in development and production of energy storage systems. In 2018 his company started to focus to electric vehicles charging stations development and production. Currently Olife Energy offers complete product line of both AC and DC charging stations. Olife Energy charging stations were awarded many times, for example by German Design Award price in 2020 and eMove360 award in the same year. Currently Miroslav and his company focus their effort in development of special software products allowing to charge electric vehicles full available speed in unstable and weak grid conditions.

 Aleš Doucek is a graduate of the University of Chemical Technology in Prague, where he obtained a doctorate in the field of chemical and energy processing of fuels. Since 2008 he has been working at ÚJV Řež, focusing on hydrogen technologies. He is currently the head of the Hydrogen Technology and Innovation in Energy department. He is also the Chairman of the Board of the Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform, of which he has been a member since 2013.

Aleš Doucek is a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Environmental Protection Technology of the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague, a member of the coordination group for the National Action Plan for Clean Mobility, co-chair of the Working Group for Hydrogen Mobility at MDČR and a member of the coordination group for the National Hydrogen Strategy of the Czech Republic

Vojtěch Hromíř is a graduate of the Charles University in Prague and has more than twenty years of experience in the field of road transport. He has been the General Secretary of the largest Czech association of carriers since 2014. He is a member of the Council for Freight Transport of the International Road Transport Union (IRU) and the President of its Committee for the European Union. It cooperates with the Faculty of Transport of the Czech Technical University in Prague and the University of Logistics.

Jakub has been a member of the Business Lease team, part of AutoBinck Holding, since 2016. He has been in the operational lease business for 10 years. At Business Lease, he is responsible for innovation, implementation of new products and monitoring new trends in the field of mobility, including alternative fuels for cars and light commercial vehicles.

Jan Laluch has been developing alternative fuels in his practice over a long period. Since 2008, he had been responsible for a market development of an alternative fuel based on natural gas - CNG at Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, a.s. Subsequently, at Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. (E.ON), he led international projects focused on a development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. Afterwards, at Východoslovenská energetika, a.s. (innogy) he managed development of products and services in the field of electromobility.

At EUROWAG, W.A.G. payment solution a.s., he has held the position of a product owner since the end of 2019 and is responsible for the development of alternative fuels and services in this area on the European market.

Ivo Hykyš is sales manager at UNICORN. He is responsible for the creation and management of an efficient office in Germany for the DACH region, including the roll-out of products from the Unicorn portfolio as part of the international expansion. 

His entire career has been linked to the Automotive sector. In 2003 he started at Škoda Auto as assistant brand logistics manager. Subsequently, he moved to the position of Product Management Coordinator.

In 2006, he moved to RWE Czech Republic, where he transformed the entire company fleet of 2,500 cars into a single entity, including setting up all related processes.

Since 2009, he has held the position of Head of Fleet Management for the entire SIEMENS Group in the Czech Republic, where his main task was to dramatically reduce the carbon footprint of the company fleet and in 2017 he became the main coordinator of all business activities related to charging infrastructure and electromobility. 

After ten years, he then left for EUROWAG in 2019 and was involved in digital solutions for e-mobility and was product owner of e-mobility products/services/concepts with a focus on public charging using the Sygic global navigation app.

Ivo Hykyš graduated from the Faculty of Technology at the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. He subsequently gained foreign study experience at the Technical University in Braunschweig, Germany.

Petr Holeček vystudoval VŠE v Praze. V minulosti pracoval v mezinárodních společnostech v ČR a v Německu v oblasti nákupu a plánování výroby. Od roku 2010 je u značky Volkswagen na různých pozicích od logistiky, přes produktový marketing a management, kde se od se od roku 2013 věnuje i elektromobilitě. Od roku 2015 působí na pozici Corporate Sales managera, kde zodpovídá za obchodní aktivity se zaměřením firemní klientelu v rámci zastoupení značky Volkswagen v ČR. Zároveň zastává roli jejího ambasadora na poli elektromobility s cílem rozšířit co nejvíce elektrických vozidel do vozových parků nejen českých firem a podnikatelů.

Michal Nykl has been working at ŠKODA AUTO since 2016. First in the position of Key Account Manager within the fleet sales department for the Czech market. He has been responsible for managing relations with hey partners here, but also for the strategy and development of alternative fuels within the Czech market, especially compressed natural gas (CNG). In 2019 he became Fleet Sales Coordinator and from this position he leads the fleet department of ŠKODA AUTO Czech Republic. Before his engagement in ŠKODA AUTO, he worked in the automotive field and international trade, especially with a focus on Southeast Asia.

He graduated in Regional Studies and International Trade at the Metropolitan University of Prague. He also gained foreign study experience from Southkorean Kangwon National University.

Vojtěch Fried works at Pražská energetika as a Head of Department Emobility & Smart City. Task is to ensure that PRE is a partner in the B2G and B2B segments in innovative and elektromobility projects. He is mainly focused on the development of EV public recharging infrastructure, PREpoint. Before joining Pražská energetika team, Vojtěch gained his experience as a management consultant, where he has been focused on development of business strategies for clients in the field of energy and banking segments. He has worked for example for ČEZ, ČEPS or E.ON and from the banking sector he worked for Komerční banka or ČSOB.

More than 14 years of experience in automotive industry in various positions. At the beginning of his career he started as a Sales Manager for General Motors dealership in South Bohemia and help to create a greenfield dealership, which became the number one in its region.  After successful almost 4 years, he took the opportunity to become the part of second world biggest automotive industry supplier Magna International. He spent 3 and half years as a Quality engineer in Magna regional unit in Czechia. After this period, he became the part of Magna Europe Head Office in Germany as a Resident Engineer for Skoda Auto and spent there next 7 years. As automotive market is dramatically changing, he decided in 2018 to took the challenge to lead the e-mobility for E.ON Czechia with main focus to establish the completely new business.

Josef Kopinec has been working at ABB as a fleet management for more than 7 years, originally as a local Fleet Manager in Brno and currently operates a fleet throughout the Czech Republic.

He has participated on the projects like Emobility and the charging stations PREPoint or Decentralized energy services. From 2014-2016 he led the Energy services department, where he developed the topic of decentralized energy sources, energy-saving solutions and emobility project including construction and operations a public charging stations. Next he worked at distribution company PREdistibuce, a.s. on the projects emobility and charging infrastructure.

He graduated of the Czech Technical University, field of automation in transport and telecommunications.

Since 2012, he has been the Vice-Chairman of the Electric Vehicle Industry Association (ASEP).

David is confident in modern trends in information technology, automotive and energy production with a strong emphasis on setting a medium and long-term strategy of the company and its application in practice. At CREDIT INFO CEE, he was also responsible for managing the IT supply project for Toyota Financial Services. At ŠKODA AUTO, he participated in the management of the company's strategic activities in the region of the Russian Federation - responsible for the start of production of the Superb model at the Volkswagen Group Rus production plant in Kaluga and was also a member of the Škoda Connected C@r team. Prior to joining ŠKODA AUTO, he worked as a project manager and system engineer in the area of energy control system supplies. His domain was the design of dispatch visualization systems for hydropower plants for the German-speaking region and locations such as Iceland or Tasmania.

Nowadays, he is responsible for eFleet management of electric cars as a product owner in the eMobility department at EUROWAG. Its task is to prepare the current telematics product used for conventional vehicles for the simple transformation of the customer's fleet into zero / low emission. With knowledge of the automotive, energy sector, agile software development and its characteristic customer orientation, it can very accurately capture and solve the burning problems associated with the arrival of electric cars and plug-in hybrid vehicles in various sectors of passenger cars and commercial road transport.

Jakub Řehounek has close to 20 years of various experience within automotive industry. He started as a product manager at ELIT, than joined several positions from product, marketing and sales by well-known brands as Nissan, Daimler, FiatChrysler and ŠKODA AUTO. At the last named company he get in touch with e-mobility and utilized his wide experiences from automotive and e-mobility at Prazska energetika as key account manager for automotive brands.

Since January 2021 he became Business Development Manager at Kia Czech responsible for e-Strategy.

After studying robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University, he worked as a product manager for the Seznam.cz search engine. He later switched to energy when he co-founded OlifeEnergy in 2016, which focuses on battery storage for solar power plants. Since 2018, the company has focused only on the development and production of charging stations and software services associated with them. At OlifeEnergy, he is in charge of software and hardware development.
